HWC MEMBERSHIp Types & Fees
MEMBERSHIP TYPES
Family: A married couple and/or single parent and their biological, adopted, or step-children, as listed on the Husky Wellness Center Membership Application & Agreement Form. The children must be 18 years of age or younger and living at home. If a child is between the ages of 19-24 they are eligible to be included in this membership if they are still being counted as a dependent child on the parent(s) income tax.
Couple: A couple is defined as two adults living in the same household or a parent with a child living at home between the ages of 12—25.
Single: A Single Membership shall consist of an individual person, whether or not married, younger than 65-years-old.
