2021 FALL FITNESS CLASS OFFERINGS:
SESSION: 8-WEEKS November 1st-December 23rd
A.M. A LA CARTE
MONDAY: FIT MIX EXTREME (Megan)
This fast-paced class is a challenging and unique blend of aerobic & anaerobic conditioning, calisthenics, and strength & endurance training. Inspired by high-intensity interval training, the instructor will lead a “bootcamp-style” workout class that will provide participants with a full-body workout. Join this class if you are ready to take your fitness to the next level!
TUESDAY: PICK YOUR POISON (Leslie)
This class allows you the freedom and flexibility to choose your own workout! Participants will be given the choice between different exercises to perform, based upon your desired intensity level. Equipment used will vary weekly.
WEDNESDAY: CYCLING (Sarah)
Cycling will get the heart pumping with an aerobic ride strength and endurance component associated with cycling. Spin your way through an intense training session on a stationary bike! (Class size is limited!)
THURSDAY: KETTLEBELLS (Leslie)
Step out of your comfort zone! Increase strength, endurance, and overall fitness with interval strength/cardio kettlebell moves to maximize your workout.
READY, SET, GET FIT (Leslie)
This class is designed for the individual who prefers to work at a lower intensity and/or is a beginner, older adult, or returning to exercise. Experience a variety of exercises with less stress on the body that will improve muscular strength, agility, balance and flexibility. Exercises will also focus on the mind/body connection to help maintain cognitive skills. Modifications will include non-impact chair based workouts.
FIT GROUP (Cheryl)
Blast your fitness to the next level! This group meets three times a week and provides a variety of workouts your body needs to see results! Experience a combination of high-intensity cardiovascular interval training with strength work using a variety of equipment. Participants will experience a challenging, full body workout!
1 day per week: Member: $25 Non-Member: $50
2 days per week: Member: $30 Non-Member: $60
3 days per week: Member: $35 Non-Member: $70
4 days per week: Member: $40 Non-Member: $80
**There is a 5-participant MINIMUM for all fitness classes.
**Fitness class participants must be at least 14-years old.
**Modifications can be made for all fitness levels in all classes.
**Fees must be paid at the time of registration.
