2022 MINI FITNESS CLASS OFFERINGS:
4-WEEK SESSION August 1st-26th
AM OFFERINGS:
A.M. A LA CARTE

TUESDAY: TRX
TRX is a total-body fitness program that leverages gravity and your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise as you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Additional exercises may be inserted into the class between TRX sets.
THURSDAY: HAVE A BALL
Get ready to take your fitness to the next level, while having a ball! Each week, the instructor will mix things up by offering a fast-paced class, incorporating the versatility of the medicine ball, bosu ball, and stability ball!
FRIDAY: CYCLING
August 12th & 26th
Cycling will get the heart pumping with an aerobic ride strength and endurance component associated with cycling. Spin your way through an intense training session on a stationary bike!

This class is designed for the individual who prefers to work at a lower intensity and/or is a beginner, older adult, or returning to exercise. Experience a variety of exercises with less stress on the body that will improve muscular strength, agility, balance and flexibility. Exercises will also focus on the mind/body connection to help maintain cognitive skills. Modifications will include non-impact chair based workouts.

August 8th-25th: MTTh@4:05pm-5:00pm
Blast your fitness to the next level! This group meets three times a week and provides a variety of workouts your body needs to see results! Experience a combination of high-intensity cardiovascular interval training with strength work using a variety of equipment. Participants will experience a challenging, full body workout!
NO PM OFFERINGS THIS SESSION!
CLASS FEES:
1 day per week: Member: $10 Non-Member: $20
2 days per week: Member: $15 Non-Member: $30
3 days per week: Member: $20 Non-Member: $40
**There is a 5-participant MINIMUM for all fitness classes.
**Fitness class participants must be at least 14-years old.
**Modifications can be made for all fitness levels in all classes.
**Fees must be paid at the time of registration.
